I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. 100% for no-shows. 15 minutes late will be canceled and charged 100%. New clients, I do not remove acrylic nails. If you have dip on, please communicate with me beforehand so I can ensure I have proper time to soak off and discuss the additional charge. Gel polish/luminary can be removed with no additional charge at the time of your appointment. If possible, please arrive with bare nails. Arriving with acrylic or dip without me knowing will result in forfeiture of your appointment time and you will be charged 100% of the service. A late fee may apply if you are over 5 minutes late to your scheduled appointment. If the card on file is declined, you will be banned unless you've communicated how you will pay for the missed service. Please limit phone usage during your manicure to prevent curing issues and hair/fuzz from being trapped in your set and contaminating product. It's okay to use your phone to a certain extent, but it's a distraction from the task at hand. If you are expecting a phone call, be sure to come prepared with your airpods so you don't need to hold the phone . If you need a phone stand, I will provide one for you. Please do not bring your children to your appointment with you. Lastly, I understand life happens sometimes.
